it seems unlikely I would succeed. Even if I had encyclopaedic knowledge of the policy (which I don’t) I imagine that YouTube are responding to a complaint (as I have written the same stuff for over a year without previous action). Therefore, there is a strong incentive for them to keep me off the site.
